Hiya, I am really glad I have found this information. Nowadays bloggers publish just about gossip and net stuff and this is actually irritating. A good blog with interesting content, that's what I need. Thank you for making this site, and I will be visiting again. Do you do newsletters? I Cant find it.

Congregation of Lord of the Lakes, I grew up with your pastor in Illinois. It was clear to me in high school that Kevin (or Heff as we called him) was a man of God and had a greater calling on his life. Even though time and distance have come between us, I consider Kevin a friend for eternity. I am thrilled for you to have Kevin as your pastor. Ask him about his diesel Volkswagen Rabbit sometime...or even better his Ford Thunderbird. Peace of Christ, Mike

Dear Lord of The Lakes Fellow Believers.... The Man in the Mirror The Winneconne First Presbyterian Church is hosting a non-denominational Men’s Bible Study called The Man in the Mirror, Thursdays at 6:30. The Winneconne group views the 30-40 min webcast weekly with a short 10-15 min discussion. In 1989 Patrick Morley wrote The Man in the Mirror, a landmark book that poured from his own search for meaning, purpose, and a deeper relationship with God. With nearly 3,000,000 copies, this best-selling book has captured the imaginations of hundreds of thousands of men worldwide, and was selected as one of the 100 most influential Christian books of the twentieth century. Five of his 13 books have received critical acclaim. In 1991, Patrick Morley founded Man in the Mirror, which trains and resources church leaders to reach men more effectively. Through his speaking and writing he is a tireless advocate for men, encouraging and inspiring them to change their lives. Every Friday morning since 1986, Patrick teaches a Bible study to 150 businessmen in Orlando, Florida which is webcast throughout the United States and in 50 countries. Patrick Morley graduated with honors from the University of Central Florida, which selected him to receive its Distinguished Alumnus Award in 1984. He has earned a Ph.D. in Management and completed post-graduate studies at the Harvard Business School and Oxford University, and graduated from Reformed Theological Seminary. For sport he races a 1974 Porsche 911. He lives in Winter Park, FL with his wife, Patsy. They have two grown children and one granddaughter. "The ministry of Man in the Mirror exists," says Patrick Morley, "in answer to the prayers of all those wives, mothers, and grandmothers who have for decades been praying for the men in their lives." For additional information contact Pastor Dick Kreager or Jim Malek Winneconne First Presbyterian Church. For further information call 582-7531 or 420-5205
